Beatrice Daily Sun: "Bond has been set for a 24-year-old rural Wymore man arrested after a high-speed chase through parts of Beatrice Friday evening with two young children in the back seat of his car.

Following a hearing in Gage County Court this week, appearance bond for Bryon M. Forney was set at $100,000, with $10,000 deposit and $20,000 bail bond.

County Judge Steven Timm also ordered Forney to not have any contact with any children younger than 10 years old either directly or indirectly except through legal counsel."
