Police charge that Jeffrey 'Big Jeff' Fairley bought the stolen goods while he was working at the King Street office of T&H Bail Bonds.
'Troopers conducting surveillance watched on several occasions as stolen goods were taken to Fairley and sold to him,' according to spokesman Cpl. Jeffrey C. Whitmarsh II."
